Seamless CPH ships orders all days of the week and with the quickest response possible. We will always let you know when your order has been shipped.
Our courier partners include DAO, GLS, and PostNord.
We provide free shipping in DK on all orders above 499 DKK.
By default, we have added a 50DKK discount on all shipping to the rest of Europe. We also ship to the rest of the world, please contact us at contact@seamlesscph.com and we will find the best solution for you
Return a product
Returns are accepted without reservations within 30 days after you receive the product. Returns are free in DK for all orders. If you are located outside Denmark, you are still eligible for 30 days return. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges outside DK.
Instead of exchanging your products, we recommend that you return your items for a refund and order the new products online instead. You receive your desired products much faster this way.
In order to return an item, please send us an email at contact@seamlesscph.com. Please include your order number in – it can be found in your order confirmation mail.
If you are making an exchange, we kindly ask you to clearly indicate which colour, and size you wish to exchange. Example: Bare Oak, Medium.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited to your account. We always aim to do our very best to make this process as fast and convenient for you as possible.

We strongly advise you to save the tracking/parcel number and receipt of submission, in case it might be needed at a later stage.
RETURN POLICY:
Kindly note that the following terms apply when both returning or exchanging items:
We do not accept returned items if they:
– Smell strongly of perfume or other odours
– Have been exposed to smoke
– Have been washed
– Have animal hair on them
– Have not been adequately packed.
You have a full 30 days to return purchased items. If this period is exceeded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
